About My Clients
I work with individuals couples, and polyamorous and open relationships, who want to deepen emotional and sexual intimacy, strengthen communication, and build more fulfilling connections. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, self-esteem, identity exploration, body image, or relationship challenges. I also support LGBTQIA+ clients, those exploring gender and sexuality, and individuals integrating psychedelic experiences.
My Background and Approach
I bring a warm, collaborative, and affirming presence to therapy, grounded in a sex-positive and kink-affirming lens. My work with couples and poly/open relationships is informed by the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), helping partners build trust, improve communication, and strengthen emotional bonds. With individuals, I integrate mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing to support greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and alignment with your values. Together, we’ll explore patterns, deepen insight, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I have experience working in private practice, community mental health, and residential treatment settings, supporting a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and life transitions. My background also includes over a decade in helping roles, which shapes my grounded, compassionate approach to care.
