About My Clients

I work with thoughtful individuals and couples carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, or disconnection. Many struggle with self-doubt or early attachment wounds. Together, we build insight, resilience, and authentic connection. My warm, validating, and nonjudgmental approach creates space for healing and self-discovery. You don’t have to do this alone.

My Background and Approach

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and military veteran, I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples through trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach is person-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed. I draw from CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy to tailor sessions to your unique needs. I specialize in working with those navigating attachment wounds, emotional regulation, identity shifts, and relationship struggles. Veterans, first responders, and their families will find culturally competent, grounded support rooted in lived experience. Clients describe my style as warm, attuned, and empowering. I hold space for all parts of you—with compassion and curiosity. You are not broken; therapy is about reconnecting with your strength, voice, and purpose. You don’t have to go through this alone. I'm here to walk beside you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and deeper connection.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At the core of my therapy practice is a strong belief in self-determination, self-worth, and advocacy. I believe every person holds inner wisdom and the capacity to heal—no matter their past. In our work, I provide a trauma-informed, empowering space where you can show up as your full, authentic self. You’re not broken, and therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about reconnecting with your values, agency, and emotional strength. I work with individuals and couples who have often been told their needs or emotions are too much. Together, we unlearn those messages and reclaim your voice. Healing happens in safe, supportive relationships—with ourselves and others. Outside the office, I care deeply about social justice and find balance in nature, writing, and family time. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming, body-inclusive, and culturally responsive. You deserve to feel seen. If you’re ready, I’m here to walk with you.
