About My Clients
Reaching out for help takes courage, and I want to honor that by fostering an environment where you feel understood, heard, and respected. Whether you are navigating depression, anxiety, or life transitions, I will approach you as a whole person, not just your challenges. You don't have to face life's difficulties alone. I am here to support you, listen without judgment, and help you uncover your own strengths as we journey together towards growth and healing.
My Background and Approach
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida. I earned my MEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College (2022–2024), my BA in Psychology from Florida International University, and my AA in Communications from New York Institute of Technology. My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I work with individuals and families, and my treatment orientations include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Culturally Sensitive Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that mental health is an integral part of overall well-being, and my goal is to help you find clarity, balance, and healing.
