My Background and Approach
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Sex Therapist, I specialize in helping women process and heal from traumatic experiences while rediscovering pleasure, connection, and intimacy. I use evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and TFT to address trauma-related symptoms and somatic experiencing to help clients regulate their nervous system. Additionally, I address sexual trauma in therapy to help clients reclaim their sexuality and find pleasure and connection in their relationships. My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and goals, and my aim is to empower them to make choices aligned with their values and desires, creating a fulfilling and meaningful life. Remember, healing is a journey, not a destination. It takes time, patience, and self-compassion. But with the right support and tools, you can move towards a brighter, more joyful future.
