My Background and Approach
I help with complex trauma, relational patterns, grief, and the transitions of later life — retirement, caregiving, loss, and identity shifts. Treatment is collaborative: we follow what's present, in a non-judgmental space toward deeper self-understanding and renewed capacity for connection — with yourself and the significant people in your life. I work with Internal Family Systems therapy, Solution-Focused Narrative therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFS for couples & relationships) — frameworks that meet you where you are and move at your pace. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all kinds, with a deep belief in each person’s capacity for resilience and growth. My integrative approach draws on mindfulness, Buddhist psychology, and curiosity about various forms of spirituality. I am a clinician, coach, designer, and fine artist whose work sits at the intersection of creativity, healing, and human connection. With formal arts training and a trauma-informed, strengths-based, solution-focused approach, I weave image, metaphor, and creative process into my work — holding space for those who want to explore their inner world not just through words, but through the language of creativity itself.
