About My Clients

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, pregnancy and parenthood, and the complexities of multiracial identity. Many of my clients are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves after years of masking, feeling misunderstood, or trying to fit expectations that never felt like their own. Together, we'll build on your strengths and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

My Background and Approach

I earned my Master of Social Work from California State University, Northridge, where I received specialized training in community mental health. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, attachment challenges, foster care involvement, neurodivergence, and complex identity development. Before becoming a therapist, I supported medically complex children and their families through care coordination, strengthening my commitment to collaborative, family-centered care. My approach is warm, relational, and neurodiversity-affirming, integrating attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness, somatic practices, expressive arts, play, and narrative therapy. Whether you're navigating neurodivergence, multiracial identity, pregnancy and parenthood, or anxiety, my goal is to help you better understand yourself through curiosity rather than self-judgment, build on your strengths, and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people make sense in the context of their lives. We are shaped by our relationships, cultures, communities, and the systems we live within, and I strive to approach every person with curiosity rather than judgment. As a multiracial Filipino American, neurodivergent woman, mother, and lifelong artist, I value authenticity, creativity, and connection. My work is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming, anti-oppressive, and strengths-based care, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be fully themselves while building a life that reflects their values, strengths, and unique way of experiencing the world.
