My work supports folx who are looking for a safe place to sort out next steps, those looking to make powerful shifts in their mental/emotional health and those interested in psychedelic integration support. *Newly adding additional in-person day at a cap hill location! Currently prioritizing in-person folx ready to schedule in April!
My Background and Approach
Who we are did not come to be in a vacuum and it's in our own self awareness and interconnectedness that we find healing and freedom. We are the reflections of family histories, socioeconomic privilege or disadvantage, genetic exposure, lived or vicariously experienced trauma, diverse expressions of joy & culture, products of the societies we live in. Our 1:1 work is about sifting through inheritance and habit, visioning beyond what we already know & exploring ourselves into new ways of fully being alive in our lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I come from an arts background - writing and performance. Along the line somewhere I found mindfulness and movement that helped me heal & grow through some of the darkest times in my life. A focus on social change on both the individual & societal level is what continues to inspire me in this work and it is why I pursued a Masters in Social Work. Whether its in making some art, contributing to community wellness or supporting people in the therapy room -- I am honored that the work I choose to do is creative, transformative and fun!
