About My Clients
Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people who appear to be functioning well on the outside, but internally feel anxious, shut down, overwhelmed, or caught in repeating patterns. You may find yourself overthinking, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from a clearer sense of direction. I work especially well with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relational wounds, attachment patterns, and life transitions who want deeper clarity and meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience working with adolescents and adults. My approach integrates EMDR, parts work, somatic awareness, and psychodynamic therapy. I help clients understand how patterns develop and how they are held in both mind and nervous system. This allows change to happen at a deeper, more lasting level. My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, supporting clients in building clarity, emotional resilience, and greater internal stability.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy begins with understanding, not judgment. Each person’s responses make sense in the context of their life experience. My practice is inclusive and affirming of diversity in all forms, including LGBTQ+ identities, cultural and racial backgrounds, and varied life experiences. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and able to explore themselves openly. Therapy is a collaborative process that honors your pace and capacity for growth.
