My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression and life transitions. I understand the long and short term effects of trauma. We can work together to help increase coping skills, reduce anxiety, manage emotions, improve sleep, and overall life satisfaction. My goal is for you to feel more empowered and connected to self. I offer a free consultation so we can determine if we are a good fit for each other.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are born whole and complete and life experiences can disconnect us from the truth of who we are. Trauma can have lasting impacts, but doesn't have to. I am passionate about neuroscience, aesthetics, and I am a huge dog lover. I have worked to develop an active meditation & self-care practice that has provided me resilience through challenging and stressful situations.
