About My Clients
Whether you're navigating addiction, depression, past trauma, life transitions, relationships, identity, or are just feeling stuck, you'll find a judgement-free space where curiosity, humor, and authenticity are welcome. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, empowered, and confident as we work toward meaningful, lasting change at your own pace, honoring your unique strengths and values every step of the way.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A). My approach is eclectic, recognizing that every client brings unique strengths, challenges, and goals to therapy. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor treatment by integrating evidence-based models to meet your unique needs. Together we will build practical coping skills, increase insight, and work toward meaningful, lasting change in a supportive, collaborative environment. My priority is helping you discover your inner resilience while honoring your values, experiences, and strengths. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and have attended basic training in EMDR (I am currently completing required consultation hours).
