About My Clients

The pursuit of stability in a chaotic world is a fluctuating journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance. It calls for embracing the present moment and focusing on what we can control amidst the uncontrollable. I work collaboratively with clients on their journeys of self-discovery and growth by helping them learn to navigate personal transitions, feelings of anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. I am here to help nurture your curious spirit and support you on your journey.

My Background and Approach

I draw heavily from existential, person-centered, Jungian, and humanistic schools of thought. My personal approach is grounded in depth psychology, which is a perspective that values bringing unconscious things to conscious awareness. I incorporate elements of Art Therapy, Archetypal Therapy, and Jungian therapy, such as dreamwork and active imagination, to support clients in recognizing their own innate talents as tools to gain valuable insights and develop coping strategies that align with their unique profiles. Ultimately, my approach is flexible and collaborative. You get to decide what works best for you. I encourage open feedback to enhance your therapeutic needs and experience.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am passionate about working with members of all historically oppressed groups, which includes a commitment to providing LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming therapy to my clients. As a late-diagnosed Autistic-ADHDer, I understand the complexities involved in gaining insight into the unique ways the neurodivergent brain processes the world against an often biased clinical background. Neurodivergent affirming therapy is especially important for women, LGBTQ+, and POC because it recognizes the intersecting identities and experiences of individuals, challenges stigma and discrimination, promotes cultural responsiveness, empowers individuals, and aligns with principles of social justice. I am dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment that supports self-advocacy and cultivates a sense of self-esteem.
