About My Clients
Together we will identify patterns and work on keeping what works and changing what no longer serve you. My clients learn skills and coping mechanisms to move beyond identifying the cause of the concern and not only overcome past and current struggles, , but empower you to face new challenges with confidence and trust. I am most experienced in ADHD/Neurodivergence, sex therapy, trauma, anxiety, depression, and sexuality.
My Background and Approach
My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and freedom from judgement. My job is to support you in feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically connected to yourself and others. Utilizing an integrative approach to therapy, I listen to your needs taking from different techniques to see what works best for you. This can look like typical talk therapy, exploring the different parts of yourself, role play, and/or somatic techniques such as breath work, body scans, etc. Therapy with me is a balance of compassion and accountability with room for humor, realness, and the full complexity of who you are without judgment.
