I work with adolescents and adults. I believe the therapeutic relationship provides a space for you to be your authentic self. I strive to create a space of genuineness by offering empathy and non-judgement. Once we accept ourselves fully, we can feel empowered in our life pursuits and conflicts. I believe in the importance of challenging you to stay true to your core, authentic self.
My Background and Approach
I am now accepting new clients! I offer a sliding scale fee of $60-$90, depending on your income. I also take Cigna Insurance. I have experience working in PHP/IOP, running group therapy, and individual therapy. I offer CBT and DBT Therapy. I believe in acceptance and change. It is important you feel validated, in order to practice new strategies in life. I also offer art, yoga, and dance/movement activities for children, adolescents, and creatives!
