My goal is to guide and assist individuals and couples with overcoming life's challenges and moving beyond their current emotional status. I particularly enjoy working with other professionals, in a variety of fields, to become the best version of themselves by learning to manage life stressors, mental health and emotional issues.
My Background and Approach
I take an eclectic approach to treatment based on the needs of the client. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address how thoughts affect emotions and behaviors. I will meet you where you are emotionally but will gently guide you on moving out of one emotional space to another. I base my practice on a multi-faceted approach based on the needs of each individual.

It is my personal belief that therapy be a safe and inviting experience. I will hold confidentiality sacred and provide a non-judgmental environment.
