When individuals and families are experiencing the adverse impacts of addiction, it can be a stressful and frightening time in their life. During these times, I feel their primary need is a professional they can talk to for therapy, support, and education. Using my experience of 4+ years as a clinical therapist and 11+ years in the field of substance abuse, I have worked with thousands of addicts and their families to improve communication, boundaries, self-worth, and quality of life.

Using my experience of 4+ years as a clinical therapist and 11+ years in the field of substance abuse, I have worked with thousands of addicts and their families to improve communication, boundaries, self-worth, and quality of life. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, 12-Step Integration, and Family Systems). I provide individual and family therapy, couples counseling, and life coaching.
