About My Clients
Over the years, I have worked with adults suffering from severe psychiatric illnesses and substance abuse. I see kids and their families, addressing their various needs and helping them to achieve their goals. I welcome the opportunities to meet and work with a variety of people, who possess their own unique strengths and abilities.
My Background and Approach
Are you or your child having difficulty making sense of life post-pandemic? It has been a tumultuous time to say the least. I come from a humanistic approach, believing that the client is the expert in their life. I will collaborate with you to determine how to best serve your needs in these trying times. I work with kids who may have trouble paying attention in school or relating to their peers. I also work with teenagers and adults who may be facing relationship struggles, stress, as well as symptoms of depression and anxiety.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I remain culturally humble towards everyone; I ensure a supportive environment through attentive listening and non-judgment. Mental health is so closely tied to physical health; the two must be integrated for attaining maximum wellbeing.
