About My Clients
I work with individuals navigating trauma, struggling with emotional overwhelm, or those seeking to understand themselves beyond a diagnosis.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where your strengths are visible, your autonomy is respected, and your capacity for growth is honored. My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and harm-reduction frameworks. At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change happens through authentic, collaborative relationships. Together, we can explore the parts of your story that have been silenced or pushed aside, making room for curiosity, healing, and a return to what may have been lost along the way. If you are seeking a therapist who brings nuance, depth, and respect for your lived experience, I would be honored to work with you on your journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a queer/non-binary identified practitioner with lived experience. I believe in creating a space for deep, collaborative inquiry, where we can explore alternative perspectives and consider how we might shift our thinking to support connection and effective communication. I am committed to providing queer-affirming, size-inclusive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care.
