I work with all types of couples in all different types of situations, from pre-marital to divorce as well as committed partners. I work with heterosexual, gay/lesbian, polyamorous couples and more.

As an LMFT, I am trained in systemic theory which basically means one problem affects all systems it interacts with. Therefore, I treat the system, not the individual problem. When it comes to families, I prefer to have most if not all members of the immediate family involved in treatment.

Solution focused therapy allows us to focus on solutions to the current problems. We look for different solutions to resolve symptoms and problems, no matter what area it is in.
