About My Clients
I work with people navigating trauma, relationship challenges, boundary-setting, low self-esteem, and major life transitions such as moving, divorce, and starting a new school or career.
My Background and Approach
I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life transitions, relationships, and healing. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your story, and creating a safe, collaborative space to explore challenges and strengths. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and client-centered, drawing on evidence-based practices to support growth, self-understanding, and lasting change. Together, we’ll work toward the life you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a social worker because I believe deeply in social justice and equality. I’m passionate about fighting for others’ right to be heard, seen, and treated with dignity. In therapy, I strive to be in your corner—someone who will listen without judgment, honor your story, and stand with you through life’s challenges. I value creating a safe, collaborative space where you can explore what healing means for you and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
