About My Clients
Adults, couples, and teens of all identities are welcome. I work especially well with thoughtful, curious people who lean towards growth (or want to!) even in the midst of uncertainty, pain or ruptures in their relationships, and are seeking a deep, transformative experience in therapy. I help you identify how relational trauma you experienced in your formative years are influencing you now in adulthood.
My Background and Approach
Taking a psychodynamic approach, I blend somatic and relationally-oriented therapies into my practice. I welcome adults, teens and couples of all identities who are ready and eager to break cycles and start their therapeutic journey. I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Clinical Counseling, and Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Additionally, I have trained in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychology, a body-centered approach, and maintain ongoing practice groups. I joined the Palo Alto Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program (PAPPTP) Fellowship Year, located at Stanford University, for the 2024-2025 season. I participate in regular, ongoing consultation with a supervising analyst with the Psychoanalytic Institute of Northern California (PINC). Please see my website for more info about me. I look forward to meeting you!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In addition to my clinical training I have extensive experience as an educator, working with hundreds of children and families over the course of my career. This has given me a deep appreciation for education, social services, and the essential need for community and connection.
