I am dedicated to offering culturally sensitive, ethical care that honors clients' unique experiences and backgrounds. As a strong advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, I strive to create a space where everyone feels respected, valued, and supported. I understand the diverse influences that shape each person’s journey, and I work to incorporate this awareness into our sessions. For those navigating ADHD, I provide compassionate support to strengthen executive functioning skills, helping you manage focus, organization, and follow-through in daily life. Believing in everyone’s potential for growth and healing, I aim to help you build resilience and uncover inner strengths through practical, evidence-based tools tailored to your needs and centers on fostering genuine growth and empowerment. Outside of supporting clients, I enjoy music, pickleball, taking long walks with my dog, & art.
