About My Clients
My greatest passion is working with young adults (18-35) in transition- either in or from college, new/current relationships, familial relationships, job related issues, stress, depression and anxiety.
My Background and Approach
I offer an open space in which together we can explore and understand your feelings and thoughts. I have an eclectic approach, with a focus on client-centered and humanistic therapy. I am a warm, caring and devoted therapist . I work closely with my clients to help and support them in the best possible way. I focus on openness, healing and growth. I am also a certified rape-crisis counselor and divorce and child custody mediator.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an open and honest person whom feels comfortable and will be welcoming to any human being no matter what race, gender or sexual orientation. I have lived in several other countries (went to school in Italy and taught English in Japan) and not only do I have an understanding of other cultures, I seek to work with diverse individuals. In addition to graduate school, I went to Culinary School. I love to cook and travel around the world eating!
