My Background and Approach
Leandra provides psychotherapy to individuals, children, couples, and families in a private practice setting. She received her Masters degree in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. One of the most important aspects of the therapy process is connecting with your therapist and feeling safe in the relationship. There are many ways a therapist can create this environment, but the best therapy style is the one that works best for you. My psychotherapeutic approach in working with clients is strength-based and solution-oriented.
