About My Clients
Traditional talk-therapy is not the right avenue for every client. Some clients struggle to express themselves in settings that require them to speak about their experiences directly. Through music therapy and we can explore and unpack various issues in a holistic and creative. I look forward to helping you on your journey of growth!
My Background and Approach
I provide my clients with tools and resources that they can transfer and utilize in their daily lives. Together, we will work on meeting your goals and helping you find the solutions you desire. I have an extensive background in dance and yoga as well as creative arts and love to incorporate a variety of strategies into my practice to suit each client individually. I take a holistic approach and look at the 'whole' person before making any recommendations. I also integrate CBT and DBT techniques into my practice.

I specialize in working with individuals that have moods disorders, developmental disabilities, trauma, struggling relationships, and social challenges. I look forward to helping you reach your goals.
