If you’re here, you’re probably feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to change in your life or relationship. You may be trying to hold everything together for everyone else, while quietly wondering, “What about me?” I work with adults and couples who are ready to grow in grounded, practical ways, without judgment and without having to pretend everything is fine.
My Background and Approach
I’m level 1 trained in PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy), which is a fancy way of saying I help couples understand what’s happening in their brains, bodies, and attachment styles—and then use that understanding to build a more secure, solid relationship. With couples, I care a lot about secure functioning: you both feeling like you matter, you’re safe, and you’re truly in this together. My style is down-to-earth and collaborative. I’m not here to sit in silence and just nod at you; I’m engaged, curious, and honest. I pull from attachment, experiential, and somatic work, but at the end of the day, I care most about what actually helps you in your real life. I want you to leave sessions with insight and something concrete to try, a new way of talking to yourself, a different way of approaching a conversation, a small shift that feels doable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I also believe that who you are, your culture, identity, upbringing, and lived experiences all matter. You shouldn’t have to “shrink” parts of yourself to fit into therapy. I aim to make space for all of that, so we can talk about the things that actually shape how you move through the world and your relationships.
