About My Clients
Are you constantly worried about how family changes are affecting your child? Do you feel stuck between trying to co-parent peacefully and protecting your own sanity? Maybe you're second-guessing every decision, every conversation, wondering if it’s "messing them up." I see you — juggling the role of caregiver, peacekeeper, and emotional anchor. It’s exhausting. But it doesn’t have to stay this way. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. We can figure it out together.
My Background and Approach
With over a decade of experience working within family systems, I bring a deep understanding of the complex dynamics that shape parent-child relationships. I’ve had the privilege of working directly with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings, helping families navigate everything from behavioral challenges to major life transitions. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, with extensive training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Parent Management Training (PMT), the Nurtured Heart Approach, and Cooperative Co-Parenting strategies. Whether you're facing conflict with a co-parent or trying to support a child through change, I bring a steady, compassionate presence and a toolkit of proven strategies to help your family reconnect and thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that families can adapt and heal — even in the face of big, messy transitions. I’ve seen it professionally in my work with children, teens, and parents over the past decade, and I’ve lived it personally as a parent navigating the ups and downs of separation and co-parenting. I know what it’s like to worry about how changes will impact your child, to feel unsure of how to communicate with your co-parent, and to juggle being emotionally present while also just trying to keep the day-to-day moving. These experiences shape how I show up in the therapy room — with empathy, practicality, and zero judgment. I’ve been trained in approaches like Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Parent Management Training, the Nurtured Heart Approach, and Cooperative Co-Parenting, and I use those tools to help families feel more grounded, less reactive, and more connected. If you’re ready to work together, I’m here.
