About My Clients
I work with high-achieving, first-generation professional women in demanding careers who are navigating burnout, pressure, and identity. You’re capable, driven, and used to handling things, but internally, something feels off. Many of my clients find themselves in an in-between space: successful, yet disconnected; accomplished, yet unsure what actually fits. They’re ready for a more intentional, sustainable way of living.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling (MFT emphasis) from Texas State University and am an LPC-S and LMFT-S in Texas, as well as an LPC in Missouri. I have 8 years of experience working with high-achieving, first-generation professional women in high-pressure careers. My approach is both insight-driven and action-oriented. We build an authentic relationship where you don’t have to perform, while focusing on meaningful, sustainable change. Together, we explore the patterns and pressures shaping your experience while staying grounded in your present reality. I offer both depth and direction; a space for reflection alongside practical tools and structure to support movement forward. I’m direct, engaged, and collaborative in the process. I work best with clients who are ready to invest time, energy, and attention into meaningful, lasting change, and who are open to engaging in the work both in and outside of sessions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe many high-achieving, first-generation professional women have built lives that make sense on the outside, but don’t fully reflect who they are. We’re often taught that success and achievement will lead to fulfillment, but the reality is more complex success can also bring pressure, responsibility, and a level of isolation that isn’t often acknowledged. Burnout is rarely about inability. More often, it’s the result of sustained pressure, misalignment, and a lack of space to recalibrate. Growth can place you in an in-between space, where your old identity no longer fits, and your current life hasn’t fully settled into something that feels like your own. As a high-achieving, first-generation professional woman living abroad, I understand this experience personally. I see this work as a process of refining, not starting over, but building a life that is more aligned, sustainable, and genuinely yours.
