About My Clients

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional and behavioral concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions. Some clients come to therapy during a difficult season, while others want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, or feel more confident in their lives. Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, existential, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approaches. I do not believe therapy is one-size-fits-all. Every client brings their own experiences, personality, goals, and needs to therapy, so I tailor my approach and utilize the modalities and interventions that best fit you. When working with anxiety and depression, I may incorporate strategies to identify unhelpful thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, develop healthier coping skills, and build self-compassion. My trauma-informed work focuses on creating safety and stability while supporting clients in processing difficult experiences and understanding their impact. I believe therapy should be collaborative, authentic, and grounded in a trusting therapeutic relationshi

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

People are capable of growth and change at any stage of life. You don’t have to remain stuck in patterns that are no longer serving you, and understanding where those patterns come from can be an important part of creating lasting change. Therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I want my clients to feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood while having the space to explore the parts of themselves they may not feel comfortable sharing elsewhere. My own experiences have shaped the way I approach therapy. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for support and how meaningful it can be to have someone in your corner who truly listens. My goal is to be that person for my clients: someone who supports you through difficult seasons, celebrates your growth, and helps you develop the confidence and tools to navigate life authentically.
