About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I believe that therapy is all about collaboration. After all, You are the expert on You! I bring my skills and training into the mix to give you the tools needed to survive and thrive. Clients have told me that I am warm, but not soft; calm but also energetic; expressive but without judgment. All of my sessions are held through an online video platform that you can access on your phone, tablet, or computer. This allows us to conduct therapy wherever you are most safe and comfortable, without fighting traffic, taking time off work, or coordinating childcare.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone should be heard and understood. In this day and age, so many of our voices go unnoticed and misunderstood. Our time together will be spent in an open and nonjudgmental atmosphere, where you can talk about what needs to be heard and we can create a space for healing and improvement.
