I believe a client is the expert in their own life, and my training supports this as I continue to search for ways to support clients living in alignment with their own value systems.

My graduate training was in Somatic Counseling Psychology and I utilize body psychotherapy and dance/movement therapy principles to holistically treat my clients.

I trained in EMDR with the Maiberger Institute, and use EMDR to support trauma recovery, phobias, and desensitizing impactful life events.

As common as depression is, it is almost just as uncommonly discussed. My training and experience in working with depression is in clinical depression as well as situational depression related to grief, loss, and trauma.

Anxiety is a nearly a universal experience, however managing its impacts can be a singular experience. My experience working with anxiety and training in symptom management utilizes mindfulness, CBT, and principles of somatic resourcing.
