About My Clients
I welcome clients from all backgrounds who are navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, OCD, relationships, self-doubt, trauma, or big life transitions. I focus on who you are and what matters to you. If you're ready to get vulnerable and collaborate, we’ll set meaningful, attainable goals together. I promise to show up as my authentic self, offering support and a safe space each week.
My Background and Approach
I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and specialized training in supporting sexual assault survivors and substance use disorders. I’m currently training in OCD-specific modalities like ERP. My experience includes working with individuals facing schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, opioid addiction, trauma, and those incarcerated at SCI Phoenix. Clients appreciate having a safe space to check in on self-care and progress toward personal goals. For those feeling lost or stuck, I provide supportive guidance while respecting your unique journey. My approach is highly collaborative, and I strive to create a safe, affirming space for marginalized communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, survivors of abuse, and those facing systemic challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strive to create a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC, neurodivergent individuals, and those impacted by systemic oppression. I take a trauma-informed approach, empowering survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and other traumas with compassionate care. I am passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health and addiction, supporting harm reduction, and advocating for accessibility in therapy. My work with incarcerated individuals has strengthened my belief in rehabilitation and restorative justice. I value collaboration in therapy, ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their journey.
