About My Clients
I specialize in working with women who are navigating anxiety, relational challenges, and the lasting effects of trauma. Many clients have shared that they feel a deep sense of relief and empowerment through our work together. My Background and Approach
Working with me begins with a thoughtful and collaborative intake process where we explore what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I work with each client to define what meaningful progress looks like for them — whether that’s easing anxiety, setting boundaries, breaking old patterns, or simply feeling more at home in their body. I enjoy integrating EMDR, a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain and body reprocess past experiences that may still be impacting you in the present. When combined with body-based awareness and nervous system regulation, EMDR can help shift long-held emotional patterns, reduce reactivity, and foster a deeper sense of healing and wholeness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Working across a range of settings—from community clinics to private practice—has deepened my understanding of how past experiences, anxiety, and stress live not only in our thoughts, but also in our bodies. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how healing happens when we bring curiosity and compassion to the body’s signals, and how practices like EMDR and mindfulness can support regulation, safety, and integration. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported as they slow down, listen inward, and begin to shift long-held patterns from the inside out.
