Hi, I'm Leah, a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, perinatal mental health, ADHD, and stress in motherhood. My Background and Approach
My background is in supporting women through anxiety, stress, and the emotional load of modern life--especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. I draw from evidence-based approaches, but I tailor everything to what you actually need in the moment. The modalities I use include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and attachment-focused work. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I'm not just a "smile and nod" therapist--I offer feedback, teach skills, and help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we slow things down, untangle overwhelm, and build coping strategies and routines that fit your personality, your goals, and your real life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, honest space, where you can show up exactly as you are--without having to perform, minimize your feelings, or pretend your fine. I believe women deserve support that goes deeper than "just breath" or "take a break." Real change comes from understanding your patterns, learning how your mind and body respond to stress, and having someone beside you who truly gets it. I believe you can grow, heal, and feel more grounded, even if life is messy. And you don't have to do it alone.
