About My Clients
If you are feeling unhappy with your relationships or friendships; dissatisfied with your work or school experiences; or are managing your anxieties in unhealthy ways, then I can help you understand how you’ve ended up here. Together we can work toward creating sustainable, positive changes.
My Background and Approach
I have experience treating a wide variety of issues and specialize in treating individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, perfectionism, codependency, and life transitions. My treatment approach is rooted in psychodynamic and relational techniques, although I tailor my approach to each client’s individual needs. I received my graduate degree from Columbia University and have had post-graduate training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I also supervise graduate students and mental health practitioners pursuing licensure.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy can be both challenging and transformative. I applaud your courage in deciding to start or continue your therapeutic process. Learning to truly connect to and honor your mind and body is a gift to both yourself and those around you.
