My Background and Approach
My purpose as a therapist is providing a safe environment for you to feel understood and supported on your path to personal growth and recovery. I believe in guiding the healing process through a compassionate and person-centered approach integrating various therapeutic methods tailored to meet each individual's needs, ensuring that you feel seen and heard. I often use a combination of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in my practice. In our sessions we will compassionately explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I will guide you through developing healthier patterns of thinking as well as tools to deal with distress in the mind and the body.
