About My Clients
I work with adults, couples, and families navigating foster care, adoption, caregiving, relationship challenges, grief, loss, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with people who spend so much time caring for others that their own needs have started to feel like an afterthought. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. I want therapy to be a place where you can slow down and take in the moments and experiences that have brought you to where you are today. I draw from relational and systemic therapy, IFS-informed and somatic approaches, and art-based therapy. This means we may look at what you’re experiencing today while also exploring the relationships, experiences, and patterns that have shaped you. We’ll pay attention to what’s happening in your mind and body, as well as the needs that may be asking for attention. My hope is that our work together creates a space where we can slow down, explore what’s here, and begin to understand what you need moving forward.
