I work best with clients that are open-minded and creative souls. I work well with humor in the room as well as going to philosophical depths with my clients.
My Background and Approach
My background is in couple and family therapy. I specialize working with life transitions, polyamory, and the LGBTQ+ community. Some treatment modalities that I tend to gravitate towards are EMDR, solution-focused therapies, somatic, internal family systems and mindfulness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each client I work with already has the intrinsic ability to heal, they just have to be mobilized and my job is to support along the way. I am personally in the LGBTQ+ community myself and am an advocate for any experiencing oppression.
