For working with stress, I help people by getting in touch with the wisdom held within, leaning into the sources of stress and finding answers to why the body is feeling overwhelmed. I provide services that go deep into the reasons for the stress, such as working with perfectionism or other issues. I help people prioritize their care for self and ability to cope with changes in life.

For people going through life transitions, I enjoy being a source of good listening and helping people to feel understood in their perspectives. I use the transition as a place of growth for clients, helping them to learn from the experience and have personal growth as a result.

With the open-mindedness that I have with clients, I work with polyamory and open relationships in ways that are empowering to the individuals that I work with. I use a systemic perspective and use depth psychology to help people look into their fears and anxieties that may be making the transition to being polyamorous difficult, or may be creating jealousy or anxieties in existing relationships.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is about working with our various parts of ourselves and bringing them into a place of alignment and balance. I use mindfulness and somatic approaches when doing IFS to help people to come to a place of peach with various events.

I use multiple treatment approaches that work well together to resolve internal conflict. Some things I use include EMDR, internal family systems therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and somatic therapies.

When EMDR is appropriate, I interweave it with other treatment modalities both to make it more effective but also easier to manage for the client. I've been doing EMDR since 2014 and frequently use it to work through life's various traumas and the negative messaging that comes with those events, big or small.
