My clients can best be described as individuals who wish to improve the quality of their life, heal from past experiences, and bloom to their full potential. I have experience with a variety of diagnoses, where I use a warm and non-judgmental approach to promote positive change.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach can be described as eclectic, incorporating modalities such as Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic. I believe in creating a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space, where problem-solving and acceptance-based strategies can be utilized. Therapy is a working partnership between the client and therapist, where empathy, and trust are the most important characteristics to promote self-growth. I integrate self-empowerment, affirmation, and mindfulness to facilitate emotional awareness and wellbeing. I will work collaboratively with you to reduce stress and symptoms that are impacting your quality of life.
