When working with trauma, I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy in my treatment approach. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): ART is an evidence-based treatment for psychological trauma and depression. ART reprograms the way distressing memories are stored in the brain, ultimately reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, phobias, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I am passionate about helping client's enjoy the journey of life verses focusing on the perceived finish line. Transitions can be challenging and bring up anxieties, fears and self doubt. Together we explore how to build confidence in yourself and your life, to move forward feeling empowered.

During couples therapy, we work together to identify the goals you would like to achieve, and a plan to make progress toward these goals.
