About My Clients

You might feel stretched to your limit, trapped in a balancing act, or exhausted to the point you question your judgement. It's confusing to feel disconnected and isolated from a significant relationship in your life. We often let ourselves suffer for far too long, thinking we should be able to work our way through whatever life throws at us. I don't want you to stay suffering any longer. I can help you find your way to calm, balance, and connection.

My Background and Approach

From the very first time you meet me, I bring compassion and curiosity. It is important to me that you feel seen and that your emotional experience is validated. I use a holistic, trauma-informed approach, guiding you to recognize and build upon your strengths, develop your awareness of self, and practice new coping skills or communication strategies in a safe and supportive environment. Attendance and your commitment to practicing new skills between sessions will boost your progress and pull you out of that stuck spot. Gradually, you will notice positive changes begin to happen in your life and relationships, your self-esteem will improve, and you will begin to feel better. By the end of therapy, my clients notice they feel less anxious, more confident, and have a stronger sense of connection to important people in their lives.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Coming from a long line of neurodivergent and highly sensitive people, I have focused the past 10 years of my life to better understanding how to work with sensory processing differences and alternative perspectives on social/emotional communication. The non-traditional range of relationship structures, sexual interests, and gender expressions is well-represented in the neurodivergent community. I am open and welcoming of all the ways people show up, get curious about themselves, and seek to be the most authentic version of themselves in their relationships.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
