About My Clients

There are many reasons we reach out for help—maybe you're seeking a deeper understanding of yourself or wondering how to move on from an unbearable heartbreak. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space to explore what’s holding you back and what’s asking to be healed. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in deep self-reflection. Together, we’ll make sense of your story and move toward a life that feels more connected, authentic, and aligned with who you are.

My Background and Approach

As a relational therapist, I offer a warm and collaborative space where you can explore who you are, what you’re feeling, and how you want to grow. My approach is grounded in curiosity, deep listening, and the belief that healing happens in relationships — both the one we build in therapy and the ones you navigate in your everyday life. Together, we’ll work to understand patterns from your past, make sense of what’s happening in your present, and help you move toward a future that feels more authentic and aligned with your values. My work draws from trauma-informed care, contemporary psychodynamic therapy, and existential thought — with the goal of helping you feel more connected, grounded, and empowered.
