I have studied the HSP trait and where it falls under the neurodivergence umbrella. I am also familiar with other neurotypes such as clients who have ADHD and Autism. As a neurodivergent therapist, I empower clients to make their environments work for them; rather than try to conform to neurotypical standards.

I have extensive experience and training in working with gender expansive, non-binary, and transgender individuals. Whether you have recently begun exploring gender, or you are looking for someone who affirms and understands that part of your identity while you focus on other aspects of life, I am here to support you. I partner with a care coordinator to help my clients navigate systems and resources for gender affirmation (name and gender marker change, letters for surgery etc.)

My therapy approach combines personal and professional experiences to support clients who are newly exploring options for ethical non-monogamy or need a therapist who understands complex relationship constellations and the impact of attachment. I am polyamorous and currently practicing ethical non-monogamy.

I am trained in the use of EMDR over telehealth as well as in-person. I have completed EMDRIA-approved training with the Institute for Creative Mindfulness.

Connection is an integral part of the therapeutic process. As Esther Perel states, "The quality of our relationships, determines the quality of our lives". We will examine past and present relationships; including the therapeutic relationship, in service of your therapy goals.

I use an IFS-informed approach to parts work. We all have different parts of ourselves that want to be understood. There are no bad parts. My IFS approach is rooted in queer, trans, BIPOC liberation and self-knowledge.
