About My Clients
Clients best served by my practice include queer and gender expansive clients, partners of trans folx who have recently come out, highly sensitive people, practicing or newly exploring ethical non-monogamy, neurodivergent Clients who have felt different, "too sensitive", or overly attuned to their environment. Clients who had a partner recently come out as trans and who are seeking a space to process their own feelings. Clients who are grappling with multiple identity intersections.
My Background and Approach
My approach centers anti-oppressive, anti-racist ideology, trauma-informed principles, cultural humility, and body/sex positive approaches. I have extensive experience working with Queer and gender expansive clients. I am EMDR-trained with a relational and practical approach to therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that connection is a vehicle for growth, that clients are the experts in their own lives, that I am privileged to be a part of the journey, and that I always have more to learn.
