My Background and Approach
Young adulthood brings many changes and decisions as we explore who we are and our place in the world. It’s a time to build independence and navigate relationships. I’m here to guide you in strengthening communication and creating healthier connections, helping you regain control and feel more empowered in your life. I specialize in trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, I believe that the client should be able to control how their therapy session goes. I like to also use talk and narrative therapy to help give clients full control of their personal story in session!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults and am passionate about working with young woman of color. I also offer LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, as well as faith-based counseling sessions if requested. I’m here to help you create a hopeful, realistic path forward.
