My experience has been working with children and families intensively for several years before progressing into private practice. I have been working with adults for the last 9 years and now I am focusing entirely with women. I have incorporated a more thinking/belief mindset approach and find that a lot of our angst comes from our past beliefs and once we can choose behaviors that are more in-line with our values, then our feelings and beliefs can become more positive. I help clients achieve this by offering practical small steps that are simple to implement. I also focus on the whole person in sessions. This can include discussing how eating, exercise, and sleep will affect our mind and thoughts. I also collaborate closely with other holistic practitioners to find you the best care possible. I am continuously educating myself on the best possible approaches to be able to offer my clients a range of modalities.
