About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or caught in patterns that are no longer serving them. I support clients in better understanding themselves, their emotions, and their relationships, with a focus on patterns shaped by past experiences and current stressors.
My Background and Approach
I am a dual-licensed clinician as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Mental Health Associate Therapist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and attachment-based perspectives. I also have formal training in EMDR and incorporate trauma-informed principles into my work; while I am not currently offering EMDR reprocessing, I support clients in stabilization, emotional processing, and building resilience around trauma-related experiences. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and attuned to each client’s needs. I focus on creating a grounded therapeutic relationship while supporting clients in building insight, emotional regulation skills, and healthier relational patterns.
