I have successfully treated a wide range of people - I especially enjoy creatively collaborating with caretakers and empathic individuals who need some help with helping themselves such as healthcare providers, nurses, wellness practitioners, first-responders, the best friend, and the super-parent's.
My Background and Approach
My approach is eclectic and non-traditional. I respect your individuality and value talk therapy while we explore your inner world, identify patterns, increase awareness, and make impactful change! Integrative therapy is my foundation, which means I tend to utilize a wide range of perspectives unique to your needs. I am passionate about viewing you as a holistic and ever-evolving individual. This way, we are able to utilize an array of modalities such as DBT, CBT, mindfulness and other areas to best support you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everything you could need is within yourself. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, panic, depression, past trauma, difficult adjustment, or other concerns causing distress, I want to support you. Together, we can address what is under the surface so that you can trust yourself again. A lot of the time, my client's are already using these skills with other people. A lot of our work together comes from learning how to fill your cup so you can give back to the world.
