About My Clients

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism-related challenges, and the general "I know what I should be doing but I'm not doing it" experience.

My Background and Approach

I work from the belief that there is rarely a simple explanation for why someone is struggling. Anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationships, past experiences, and the demands of everyday life can all interact in complicated ways. Rather than forcing you into a predetermined framework, I want to understand how things work for you and build treatment around that understanding. My style is warm and direct. I’ll provide a space where you can feel understood without judgment, while also challenging you when it may help you move forward. Therapy isn't about becoming a different person—it's about developing a better understanding of yourself and building a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and genuinely yours.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value authenticity, curiosity, and progress over perfection, and I don't believe that struggling to function means you're lazy, unmotivated, or not trying hard enough. Sometimes the strategies we've been taught simply aren't designed for the way we function. I'm interested in how our experiences, relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves shape our identity and the way we understand ourselves. I enjoy helping people challenge shame and self-criticism, make sense of patterns that may no longer serve them, and build a life that feels meaningful rather than simply checking the boxes of what they're "supposed" to do. Outside of therapy, I enjoy Brazilian jiu-jitsu, riding motorcycles, traveling, music, road trips, and discovering new places and experiences. I value community, connection, movement, and curiosity. I believe a meaningful life doesn't have to follow a conventional blueprint—and sometimes finding what works for you requires being willing to do things differently.
