About My Clients
I have a passion of working for women and creating positive change in my clients. I have experience working with adults and treating a wide array of presenting concerns. I love practicing through a strengths-based approach where I ensure that my clients ultimately flourish, heal, and feel better about themselves. I am also competent in the intersectionality of identities including race, gender, religion, and sexual orientation.
My Background and Approach
In my practice, I use evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-based Therapy. My therapeutic approach mainly involves strengths-based approaches and exploring mindfulness techniques. I offer a sliding scale of $50-$90. I accept private pay, health savings accounts, and flexible spending accounts.
