My Background and Approach
I am trained in several different evidence-based treatment approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive-behavioral Therapy. I will work with you in an open, direct, and collaborative manner to thoroughly assess the issues at hand and to develop treatment goals so that measurable progress can be noticed.
