About My Clients
You may be navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or the pressures of fatherhood, family, and career. Whether you're a young man finding your identity, a father building a legacy, or an adult seeking balance, you deserve support that meets you where you are. Together, we'll strengthen emotional awareness, address unhealthy patterns, improve relationships, and develop practical skills to help you grow with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
My Background and Approach
With over 15 years of clinical experience, I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, and a Maryland Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. My work focuses on trauma, anxiety, men's mental wellness, fatherhood, relationships, and adolescent development. I believe you're the expert on your life. My role is to help you recognize patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical solutions that support lasting growth. I integrate CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and attachment-based approaches to strengthen emotional awareness, communication, and healthier decision-making. As a Certified DISC Facilitator, I also help individuals and couples understand how they show up in relationships. My approach is collaborative, honest, and purpose-driven, incorporating gratitude, accountability, and faith when desired. The goal is to equip you with tools to navigate life confidently and independently.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, redefine their story, and build a meaningful legacy. My personal values are rooted in faith, family, integrity, gratitude, and service. As a husband, father, and licensed Christian minister, I understand the importance of balancing personal growth with the responsibilities of family, relationships, and leadership. I'm passionate about men's mental wellness, fatherhood, youth development, and creating spaces where men can connect, challenge one another, and grow without judgment. I believe our past experiences can shape us, but they don't have to define our future. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with family, mentoring men, leadership development, and community engagement. My faith informs my commitment to serving others with compassion and grace, while respecting each person's individual beliefs and values. Faith integration is always a personal choice, never an expectation.
